Histologic Features
- Sheets of monomorphous pale, large, oval, epithelioid cells that are packed tighly into cords and nests
- Pseudoglandular spaces lined by columnar cells and eosinophilic cuboidal cells
- A fibrous component with plump spindle cells forming the biphasic nature
- Squamoid differentiation at some foci
- Prominent small vessels with extravasation of red blood cells
